• Experience on Split AC floor standing unit upto 10.0
ton and package type air conditioning unit upto
cupucity 26.0 ton.

• Supervise maintenance of air conditioning &
refrigeration jobs.

• Carry out preventive maintenance of refrigeration,
air conditioning equipment and systems.

• Trouble-shoot air conditioning equipment
malfunction, diagnose problems and perform
maintenance on refrigeration air conditioning
equipment.

• Manage the safety of the air conditioning plant
rooms and workshops.

• Computer skills in MS Word &. Excel will lx*
preferred.

Staff

(Draftsman)

Diploma
Draftsman
(Civil).
Certification
in AutoCAD
(2D&3D)

• Prepare the required drawing/skctch with
concerned project/Maintenance Engineer.

• Visit location and check existing arrangements.

• Consult existing drawings/sketches i.e. Plants.
Sections etc. (if any).

• Check modified arrangements. Look for any
hindrance in modification.

• All drawings prepared in Auto CAD, take all
necessary Steps for their indexing and storage on
electronic media (PCs).

• Maintain proper record of all drawings of old & new
buildings as per company policy.

• Any other office related task/job assigned by DM*
CW.
