PITC is a public sector company with mandate to develop and implement information technology (IT) solutions and services including billing systems for efficient working of Government owned Power Sector Distribution Companies (DISCOs).

PITC requires a transformational and passionate leader as CEO to work in close interaction with the Board of Directors (BOD), DISCOs. and lead the PITC team to grow the company to next level through strategic visionary planning, fast track projects execution, developing highly efficient and people-cum-process oriented systems, while enhancing revenues and transparency. Reporting to the BOD. the CEO will be responsible to deliver KPIs assigned by the BOD.
Required Experience. Competencies and Qualifications
1. Must have leadership acumen in IT with minimum fifteen (15) years of post- qualification experience including minimum of (03) years in senior leadership and management, showing career progression in senior corporate management and leadership positions with focus on business development, project planning and execution, people and strategic management in medium or large scale private or public sector IT organizations.
2. Must be self-motivated, growth mindset oriented, initiator and coachable.
3. Must be competent with personal and financial integrity.
4. Must have strong business acumen with matching interpersonal, operational and financial skills.
5. Must have a graduate degree 16 years of education including 4 years University education, throughout first division in Information Technology. Computer Science. Computer Engineering. Software Engineering. Computing. Electrical Engineering. Electronics Engineering, or Telecom Engineering or Business Management from reputed and accredited institutions.
6. Maximum age limit is 55 years on the closing date of advertisement. Pay Package and Facilities Selected candidate will be offered a contractual appointment with market based competitive remuneration and attractive benefits.
