PM Naya Pakistan Housing Program For Bhakkar, Qaidabad & Layyah
The registration for the prime minister’s Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme has started in Bhakkar, Qaidabad (Khushab) & Layyah. The government aims to build five million homes in five years. The low-cost houses project will be initially launched in seven districts. Registration for Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme will be launched very soon as the work on this project has reportedly being on a swift speed.
Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority will be established for the purposes of planning, development, construction, and management of real estate projects.
The key features for Naya Pakistan is to improve the housing situation for Pakistanis.
There is a shortfall of over 10 million houses, and every year we are adding to this backlog.
This government intends to promote access to housing to the people of Pakistan and jump start the housing sector.
The salient features of this housing is to make housing affordable to people .
As per the Vision of Prime Minister of Pakistan constitution of houses across Punjab has been initiated for the families with low income.
The scheme offers following categories in houses
Two types of 2 beds houses are being constructed under this Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme 2019
3 Marla (597sqft)
5 Marla (826sqft)
Application forms will be received in the designated branches of BOP (Bank of Punjab).
1- Only residents of Punjab province can apply for Naya Pakistan Housing Program 2019 for Bhakkar. Qaidabad (Khushab) & Layyah
2- Residents of concern districts will be given priority in allotment.
3- Applicants should not be owner of any plot or house
4- Successful applicant will have to live in the allotted house. They will not allowed to sell the house in next 5 years.
5- You can apply through govt quota reserved for govt/police/army officials (injured or martyred during duty) or through disable quota reserved for general masses.
