SBP Emerging Women Leaders Initiative (1st Batch) NTS Jobs 2022
To enhance the participation and representation of women in the workforce, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the Central Bank, is looking for young, talented, and energetic female candidates to join SBP for the position of Assistant Director (06-2) under its 1st batch of SBP Emerging Women Leaders Initiative. The Bank offers rewarding and

Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification
Masters. Bachelor’s or equivalent degree with 16 years of education with at least 60 percent marts where percentages apply or 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 where GPA system is applicable from HEC recognized
Pakistani institutions in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics. Commerce, Finance. Statistics, Data Sciences, Actuarial Sciences, Accounting. Computer Sciences, information Systems and
Technology, Mathematics, Human Resource Management, Agriculture Management (other than 8SC or MSC in agriculture), Islamic Banking & Finance. Law. Media & Culture Studies, Philosophy and Physics. In case of foreqn degree, equivalence certificate from HEC would be required.
Batches graduating until June 2022 may apply with provisional transcript until 7th semester (lor bachelors) or 3rd semester (lor masters), subject to proof of 16 years of education with required percentage’CGPA stated above In the first attempt at the final examination.
Age
Maximum 26 years as on deadline of applications. Age limit shall be relaxed by 03 years for candidates from FATA, Northern Areas, Gilgit Baltistan, Baluchistan and Azad Kashmir; and by 05 years for employees of SBP and its subsidiaries subject to fulfilling all other eligibility requirements.
Application and Testing Procedure
Interested Pakistani/AJK nationals meeting above eligibility criteria are required to register themselves with SBP for appearing in the written test as per following procedure:
Click on “Online Application Form“. Read the instructions carefully and submit the application form after filling the required details. Application Form and Deposit Slip will be emailed after submission of Online Application Form.
Take the print out of Form along with Deposit Slip.
Deposit test fee of Rs. 300/- for NTS testing service through Deposit Slip at any online branch of MCB Bank or HBL.
Post the Application Form along with copy of the deposit slip and 3 recent passport size photographs to Joint Director (Resource Management), Human Resources Department, State Bank of Pakistan I. I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi not later than March 11, 2019. Applications submitted in person or through e-mail will not be entertained.

The candidates shortlisted on the basis of written test and meeting other eligibility criteria will be invited for further selection process including group discussion/psychometric testing and panel interview.
Candidates will be required to bring printed copy of duly filled/completed application form, attested copies of educational/professional documents, Equivalence Certificate from HEC (in case of foreign qualification), proof of NTS fee payment, Domicile, CNIC and three passport size photographs.
Candidate who misinforms or fails to provide the required information or documents, does not meet the specified criteria as per advertisement, attempts to influence the recruitment process in any manner, tries to obtain support for her candidature by inappropriate means or tampers with evidence of her age, educational and other certificates, shall be disqualified from the current and any future recruitment process at the Bank; even if the candidate is otherwise qualified.
Successful candidates will be selected in order of merit subject to observance of Provincial/Regional quota provisions as prescribed by Government of Pakistan.
