Applications for interested persons are invited for filling up the post of Company Secretary & Cold Store Operator for Agro Food Processing (AFP) Facilities Multan, a Public Sector Company, registered under
Section 42 of Company’s Act 2017.
COMPANY SECRETARY (No. of Post-1)
The incumbent shall be responsible for ensuring that Board procedures are followed and that all applicable laws, rules, regulations and other relevant statements of best practice are complied with, in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act 2017 and the rules, regulations etc made thereunder. Pay package is negotiable while minimum age limit is 30 years on the closing date of the applications.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries; or Person holding a master degree in business administration or commerce or being a law graduate from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
COLD STORE OPERATOR (No. of Post-1)
Minimum Matric preferably DAE Refrigeration / Diploma Holder in Refrigeration from VTls with Minimum 02 years experience and having minimum age limit of 20 years on the closing date of the applications.
Experience where required will be treated as post qualification experience. Interested applicants should submit Applications.
