Eligibility/Qualification:
Male/Female, medically fit, with age not more than 57 for Retired armed forces officers as well as civilian candidates. Well acquainted with communication, administrative and management skills.

For Retired Armed Forces Officers

MA / MSc in any subject with a minimum of 15 years commissioned service

For Civilians

MA/MSc in any subject with minimum 5-10 years teaching and administration experience at Intermediate or Degree College level with aggregate experience of at least 15 years.

Ineligibility:

• The candidate terminated /dismissed prematurely from any post at any government or
  non-governmental institution
• Those terminated from any Fazaia institution due to any allegation /discipline issue.
• The candidate with history of any moral turpitude, financial embezzlement or criminal
  offences. The applicants are to produce NOC of the previous institution in this regard.

• It is a contract based employment annually renewable on the basis of performance.
