The Pharmacy Assistant 41st Supplementary Examination 2024 is scheduled to be held on 14th &15th September 2024. All the candidates are informed in their interests that always bring an Original Roll Number Slip along with their Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) at the time of Examination. Those who are below 18 years old must bring an Original Roll Number Slip along with an Original B-Form & Original Matric Certificate otherwise they will not be allowed to sit in the examination.

Practical Examination Center

The University of Lahore New Campus, Near Bhobattian Chowk Raiwind Road, 1-km, Off Defence Road, Lahore

Note: – Candidates are provisionally allowed to appear in the Practical Exam. Subject to verification of credentials and eligibility criteria.

The candidate will be allowed to enter the Examination Hall on the production of a Roll Number Slip (already issued for the written exam) & Original Computerized National Identity Card. No candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall after 30 minutes after the start of the paper
